Then the Serenity Sessions are for YOU!
A unique event that harmoniously blends movement, meditation, and mindfulness. This experience is thoughtfully crafted to promote relaxation, foster inner peace, and encourage essential "YOU" time.
Each event features a distinct theme and a variety of enriching content, centred around three core elements:
Movement

Engage in gentle, Pilates-based movements that help you connect with your body, enhance mobility, and check in with yourself. These movements are designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of experience level.
Meditation

Participate in a guided meditation session that invites you to focus on your breath, creating a serene space for calming both body and mind. This practice helps to cultivate awareness and tranquillity.
Mind

Explore an activity aimed at nurturing a positive mindset, such as journaling or mindfulness exercises. These tools are designed to help you reflect, gain insights, and develop a more constructive outlook on life.
Each event is bespoke and typically lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on location.
No prior experience in Pilates or meditation is needed.
