From Pilates to relaxation and mindfulness, everything I offer is about helping you move better, feel brighter and bring balance back into everyday life. I believe wellness should be simple, enjoyable and open to everyone.

In-person Pilates
Come along to a relaxed Pilates class in Chapeltown or Penistone and enjoy moving in a supportive, friendly setting. Whether you prefer the buzz of a small group or the focus of 1:1 sessions, each class helps you feel stronger and more at ease.

The Wellness Barn
The Wellness Barn is your virtual Pilates studio. Get flexible access to Pilates and wellness content wherever you are. With on-demand videos, live classes and guided mindfulness sessions, you can move, breathe and feel good on your own schedule.

Serenity Sessions
If life feels non-stop and you’re always looking after everyone else, Serenity Sessions are your chance to take a proper pause. With gentle movement, mindfulness and time just for you, you’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer and a little more like yourself again.

Workplace Wellness
If your team spends long hours at a desk, feels stressed, or struggles to switch off, you’re not alone - I’ve been there too. My Workplace Wellness are tailored to help employees move more, feel better and bring a little calm back into their working day.

After years of working in the corporate world and spending too much time sitting at a desk, I know how easy it is to lose touch with your body and how powerful it feels when you start to move again. Pilates and wellness completely changed the way I feel - stronger, calmer and more connected, and that’s what I love sharing with others.
